Iweb being in the same stable as HSDL and Lloyds Stockbrokers. Presumably yours also included
Share holders will recieve in the narrative.
I've received nothing recent from A J Bell (youinvest) for my SIPP and neither would I expect it. The relevant part of the Corporate Action you've all received appears to be
on the Ex-entitlement Date, which is yet to be determined.
The partial details of what is to happen remains here
https://www.investegate.co.uk/glaxosmit ... 00039434K/. I haven't studied it but imagine you'll continue with the same number of shares in GSK but they will be worth less as, at a date to be established, you'll then have a holding GSK Consumer Healthcare to compensate, if it all goes to plan.
What we do know, as TJH has pointed out, the AGM approved the first stage of the process which was:
To approve the transaction between GlaxoSmithKline plc, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Holdings Limited and Pfizer, Inc for the purposes of Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct AuthorityChapter 11 concerns Premium Listings but I'm not going to delve deeper, as my holding is small, but the General Meeting Notice is on page 45 here:
