After all this choc I'm going on a weight loss program come the turn of the year.
The diet involves wearing extremely thick winter ski gloves that prevents you opening the chocolate wrappers or the crisp packets. You should wear them for 16 hours at least.
I believe it's called Intermitten fasting.

You may find yourself becoming expert in opening things without using your hands. The mouth is pretty versatile. And you'll probably need to refine your technique for posting to lemonfool!
/me just indulged in a (Thai) meal out. For once I didn't overeat. Or have I just become so blasé about it that it didn't feel like overeating?
