Are the yields quoted for an investment trust before or after the charges are taken?

(It's a good idea for folks wanting to link to posts/threads on TMF to get them into the Internet Archive and then post a link to the archived version, as all of that stuff on TMF is likely to disappear at some time.
It's easy to do: just copy the address (URL) of the thread in question on TMF and paste it into the Save Page Now field at https://archive.org/web/ and click SAVE PAGE. Then post here the link it gives you...)
