I've held NCYF for just over 5 years. The dividend is almost, but not quite, static.

Year 1 : 4.45p
Year 2 : 4.46p
Year 3 : 4.47p
Year 4 : 4.48p
Year 5: 4.49p

I wonder what next year will bring... ...

The calculated XIRR value is 5.2% so not too bad (recent inflation excepted).

Yield on offer is ~10%.

Given that it's a parcel of FI, I suppose one has to be grateful for any increase.

Having said that, I see in their top holdings they have been tempted by the 15% yield on offer from the ords of Diversified Energy which is currently my largest holding.
