Merchants Trust PLC (MRCH) - Dividend Declaration.

The board has declared a first interim dividend of 7.10p per share, payable on 24 August 2023 to holders on the register at the close of business on 7 July 2023. This dividend is in line with the final dividend paid last year.
A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is available for this dividend and the relevant Election Date is 21 July 2023.

They've issued a correction which just removes the sentence "This dividend is in line with the final dividend paid last year". It's actually an increase over the 7.0p final.

Q1 2023 = 6.85p
Q1 2024 = 7.10p (this announcement)
An increase of 3.65%
