Is it possible to find the judges sentencing remarks for a particular case?
A friend was on a jury last year which found someone guilty. Sentencing occurred some time later and while he found out the sentence from the court afterwards he would like to read the judge's sentencing remarks.
Is this available?
A search on http://www.bailii.org mentioned a few days ago by Clitheroekid has not found anything.
