BHP and Anglo American, as noted on other boards are not going to make a union.
I sold my Anglo a few days before the announcement as a bit of tidying up so missed on the fun of speculation pushing prices about a bit. Both miners have reduced the income as is their cyclical want.

Thanks for your opening post on this. I should’ve provided a link to that item here yesterday, as I know some here may well hold them and be interested. I hold neither and only hold RIO in that sector.

Further to my last, the matter was highlighted in this RNS by BHP;

BHP Group Ltd (BHP) confirms that it does not intend to make a firm offer for Anglo American plc (Anglo American).
